Messages to this site reach its publisher, Empathy Education International, LLC. We read them; we do not always answer quickly, because the people behind the site are few and this is not their full-time work.
What contact is for
Corrections. If a page says something wrong, a link is broken, or a step would not work the way it is written, tell us which page and what you saw. A correction from a reader is the most valuable message we receive, and the editorial policy says what happens to it.
A source we should re-check. Every factual claim here cites an agency page, and each cited page carries the date an editor last checked it. If an agency has changed its guidance since then, or if a cited page no longer says what we say it says, we want to know.
Using the printables. Churches, neighborhood groups and community organizations are welcome to print, copy and hand out every printable on this site, free, without asking. If you do, we would like to hear how it went and what would have made it more useful; that is how the next ones get better.
What contact is not for
We cannot answer emergency questions, and we are not a source of official guidance. In an active emergency follow the instructions of your local emergency management office, and call 911 if anyone is in danger.
